Customer service improvements

To meet and exceed the needs of merchants and their customers, Marsh Industries has improved its delivery capabilities and extended the daily working hours at its Northamptonshire headquarters.

Effective from Monday 8th October:

• The sales office will be open from 7.30am until 6pm Monday to Thursday and will close at 5pm on Fridays.
• Collections for Ensign sewage treatment plants (up to 20PE) and septic tanks will be available from both Bridgwater and Northampton sites. 24hour notice required.
• Our delivery service is now available Monday-Saturday for sites inside the M25.
• We are proud to offer evening deliveries up to midnight for our range of commercial drainage products.

In addition to these customer service improvements, the company has increased its technical sales team to provide enhanced support to merchants throughout the UK.
