Marsh Industries launch second generation septic tank

Marsh Industries has launched its second generation of CE accredited spherical septic tanks, the ‘Euro:Septic'.

Available in capacities from 2800-4500 litres, the new range boasts an impressive 99.63% hydraulic efficiency, and has been optimised in key areas to further improve reliability, odour minimisation and structural integrity for lifting, handling during installation.

The CE accredited units were tested at the PIA GmbH test house in Aachen, Germany, during 2016, and are the result of several months of intensive product research and development.

Managing Director, Steve Boyer, said “During design and development of the new tanks, careful consideration was given to future EN12566-1 modifications to ensure that the range will continue to exceed hydraulic efficiency requirements for years to come.

"For greater effluent results a Polylok filter can be added to the outlet to further improve discharge quality and prolong drainage field life.

“We have also introduced an enhanced material mix which provides improved structural strength and integrity.

“This is all part of our continuous product development plan which is designed to maintain the company’s position and its products at the leading-edge of off-mains wastewater treatment technology."

As a result of this successful product development, Marsh Industries will be withdrawing its current range of standard spherical septic tanks from 31st March, 2017.

New products codes for the Euro:Septic will be ES2800L/ES3800L/ES4500L for their respective capacities.
